The website www.hot-krispy.gr belongs to the general partnership «ΑΡΒΑΝΙΤΙΔΗΣ ΝΙΚΟΛΑΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΥΜΕΩΝ ΟΕ» (ARVANITIDIS NIKOLAOS KAI SYMEON OE), 9 Kyrillou St., 303 00 Nafpaktos, Greece, which runs the Hot & Krispy restaurant (“we”). By using the website you accept these terms.
2. Purpose – orders
This website is for information only. It presents our menu, prices, opening hours and contact details. No orders, payments or user accounts are made on this website. You can order online from our separate ordering site hotkrispy.gr (opens in a new tab), which has its own terms of use and privacy policy, or by phone on +30 26340 23540.
3. Menu, prices and photos
- All prices are in euro and include VAT.
- We update the menu regularly, but prices, ingredients and availability may change without notice. The price that applies is the one at the time you order.
- Photos are for illustration; the dish you receive may look slightly different.
- If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please ask us about allergens before you order.
4. Intellectual property
The Hot & Krispy name and logo, the texts, photos and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by Greek, EU and international law. You may not copy, reproduce or publish them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party trademarks shown (e.g. drink brands) belong to their owners.

The website links to third-party websites (such as Facebook, Tripadvisor, Google Maps and espa.gr). We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
